Brian spent 10 years with the City of Forest park Fire Department, rising to the rank of Sergeant before leaving to work full time in the private sector. He began working part time with Mike at a fire protection company and chased him up the ladder. In 2020 that company approached Brian to ask him to open the first satellite office. He promptly moved his family of 6 to Nashville, TN to grow the market in that area.
In 2022 Mike and Brian decided to start their own company and thus created the ESP Fire Protection brand.
He spends his time outside of work mentoring young men through his Lofty Lads program with his church Centerpointe Apostolic Church.

Mike first joined the fire service in Auburn, AL as a student firefighter in 2009. Once on shift he enjoyed being a fireman so much that he wanted to make a career out of the profession. He went to school to obtain his paramedic certification and transferred to Atlanta Fire Rescue in 2012 where he stayed for 5 years. Mike began working part time at a fire protection company on his off days in 2015 and helped build that company from five employees to 45 and rose to the level of Operations Manager. In 2022 Mike and Brian decided to start their own company and thus created the ESP Fire Protection brand.

Blake has been in Fire and Life Safety since 2018 but it seems more like he's been doing this since diapers. One of the most knowledgeable Fire Sprinkler Technicians around, he prides himself on getting things done right. He spends countless hours mentoring his employees on the proper way to complete a job.
