As CEO of ESP Fire Protection, Brian focuses on strategic growth, customer relationships, and building a company culture centered on integrity, accountability, and exceptional service. His commitment to developing strong teams and delivering reliable solutions has helped establish ESP as a trusted partner for businesses throughout Tennessee and Georgia.

Mike Stacy's career began in the fire service, where he developed a passion for protecting people and serving his community. His experience as a firefighter, paramedic, and fire protection professional has provided him with a unique understanding of both emergency response and life safety systems.

As CFO of ESP Fire Protection, Mike oversees financial operations while helping guide the company's long-term vision. His practical industry knowledge and leadership experience ensure that ESP continues to deliver dependable service, operational excellence, and lasting value to its customers.

Blake Henry has built a reputation for technical excellence and operational leadership within the fire protection industry. Known for his extensive knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and commitment to quality workmanship, he plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards.

As Chief Operating Officer, Blake oversees day-to-day operations, technician development, and service delivery. His dedication to training, mentorship, and continuous improvement helps ensure every customer receives the highest level of service and expertise from the ESP team.
